PLAN

To ensure the success of your project, your SIEM deployment must take into account the specific nature of your environment. The planning stage is crucial to successful deployment. With our integrating  experience, we can support you in this planning phase. In collaboration with your teams, we work on your security architecture, your monitoring strategy, your schedule and your deployment timing, resources required to deploy and the operation of your SIEM, etc.

To assist you in this MAP phase, we offer:

DEPLOY

In the Form of assistance or in “turnkey” mode, we support you during the deployment phase of your SIEM.  By Passing through CS for deployment, you have a single contact for editing and integrating your SIEM. Our integration teams work closely with our development teams, ensuring an optimized product configuration. You benefit from the expertise of a large integrator of critical systems.

A support panel is offered:

RUN

The Run phase is paramount to the successful implementation of your SIEM and sometimes underestimated. It is of little use to identify intrusion attempts if no process is in place to counter them. With our SOC hosted in Paris or via our MSSP partners by region, we can offer a security service managed to suit your needs:

  • Remote monitoring of Prelude SIEM architecture deployed in your facility (your data stays with you)
  • Monitoring of Prelude SIEM architecture deployed in our Datacenter
  • Prelude SIEM deployment in the cloud and remote monitoring
  • Definition of a service catalog and of associated SLAs

TRAINING

To quickly become familiar with our solution we offer various training courses tailored to different profiles of your operators

  • Administration: Installation, deployment and configuration of Prelude SIEM
  • Usage: the daily operation of the Learning platform to supervisors and analysts
  • Training: In partnership with the company Bluecyforce, CS organizes situational training
  • Handling and configuration of SOC modules

SERENITY

Managing a SIEM daily can be complex for non-experienced teams in the field. Through the Serenity service Prelude accompanies you to get started with your SIEM. Initial training in the operation has been organized and several meeting points are planned in the year during which we make an assessment of your deployment and challenges. We assist you in the system setting, in the creation of new correlation rules and consideration of new equipment.

EMERGENCY

Our team of experts can assist you in case of incident or intrusion to resume your activity as soon as possible. Crisis management in case of intrusion or serious attack on your information system requires multiple skills and resources that are not necessarily available in your company. This service allows you to have a dedicated support in the event of a serious incident on your system. Upstream, we assist you in setting up a crisis management plan and we design with you the recovery procedures in case of failure. In case of incident, our Prelude SIEM teams can also help you cope with the difficulties and organize the recovery of your activities.
